Account and Data Deletion

Deleting in the app

1. Open the Reflex AI app and sign in to your account.
2. From the menu at the top left, go to Settings > Security & Password.
3. Tap Permanently Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app

Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account to info@reflexaiapp.com. Your request will be completed within 30 days at the latest after account ownership is verified.

Data that is deleted

• Your account record (name, email, phone, title, password), profile information and photo.
• Your Firebase identity record if you signed in with Google or phone.
• Team members you added in Office Management, tasks you created and the location you shared.
• Portfolio, project, customer, agenda and My Performance records stored on your device and linked to your account (when deleted from within the app).

Data that may be retained

Records that must be kept by law (e.g. purchase and invoice records) may be retained for the period required by the relevant legislation. Purchase records made through Google Play are kept by Google. Records created when another office owner adds you to their team belong to that person's account; to have them deleted, contact the office owner or write to us.
