Terms of Use

1. Service

Reflex AI brings together, in one mobile app for real estate agents and offices: portfolio and project tracking, customer management, agenda, documents, calculations, map and area analysis, market and legislation tracking, buyer matching, digital business card and social media image generation, AI RolePlay, RAI Character Analysis, My Performance and Office Management (team, team location and tasks).

2. Account

• To use the app you need to create an account with email and password, a Google account or a phone number.
• You are responsible for the security of your account details and your device.
• You must be over 18 to use the app.

3. AI-Generated Content

• Analyses, suggestions, valuations, texts and images are produced by third-party AI providers and are for guidance only. They do not replace the opinion of a real estate appraiser, lawyer or accountant.
• You are responsible for checking the accuracy of generated content (price, address, contact details, etc.) before sharing it.
• You must have the right to use the photos, logos and information you upload. You may enter other people's personal data only in compliance with the law.

4. Unacceptable Use

Using the app to create misleading listings or content, infringe the rights of others, pursue illegal purposes or abuse the system (automated bulk requests, bypassing security measures, etc.) is prohibited. In such cases your account may be suspended.

5. Usage Limits and Subscription

Daily usage limits may apply to AI features to prevent abuse. Some features may require a Pro subscription; subscription prices and terms are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play; to cancel, use Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.

6. Location and Team Sharing

In Office Management your location is shared with your team only when you tap "Share My Location". Users are responsible for the accuracy of tasks assigned to team members and information they share.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". Reflex AI does not guarantee the accuracy of content generated through the app, uninterrupted access or any particular business outcome. Backing up records stored on the device is the user's responsibility.

8. Closing Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. See the Account and Data Deletion page for details. Processing of your data is subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and Contact
